Description

HOLDIT!.SYS is a dummy device driver that uses no memory, but enables pausing between each device your CONFIG.SYS attempts to load. It will also display a one line message before or after a device is loaded. Copyrighted freeware.

Steps
  1. HOLDIT!.SYS is a driver: add DEVICE=A:\SOFT\HOLDIT!.SYS to C:\CONFIG.SYS and reboot with Ctrl+Alt+Del.

Derived from the package contents and the 200LX conventions. It installs to A: on purpose: C: is a RAM disk and every byte there is memory taken from the system.

Send to my palmtop

The palmtop must be waiting before you press the button, or the transfer will fail. It is the palmtop that announces it is ready, not the other way round.
