TODOLIST

Version 1.0 · Jean-Jacques Moreau

Download 75.8 KB

Description

TODOLIST allows you to browse standard LX databases (.GDB files). Plus, it allows you to tick (and untick) items, thus acting as a list manager. At any time, you can view either ticked, unticked, or all items. You are allowed to untick already ticked items. Furthermore, the ZOOM-key allows you to see up to three columns of items at one time (a big bonus for long lists). TODOLIST is a PAL based application and is unfinished. It contains complete source code to help finish the job. Freeware

How to install it

What to send to the palmtop saves 122.5 KB

These are the files you need. You can send them from the package contents below.

  • TODOLIST.EXE → A:\SOFT programa de DOS 43.9 KB
  • c.gdb → A:\DATOS fichero de datos 46.8 KB

No need to put todolist.c, COPYING, SRCLIST, File.c, File.doc, PALGDB.H, SHOWTOP.C, SHOWKEYS.C and 8 more: they are manuals, source code or supporting material. Read them here and save 122.5 KB on a 1 MB disk.

Steps
  1. Copy TODOLIST.EXE to A:\SOFT. They are DOS programs: run them from the DOS icon, or add A:\SOFT to the PATH in C:\AUTOEXEC.BAT to call them by name.
  2. Data files are opened from their own application, not installed separately.

Derived from the package contents and the 200LX conventions. It installs to A: on purpose: C: is a RAM disk and every byte there is memory taken from the system.

Send to my palmtop

The palmtop must be waiting before you press the button, or the transfer will fail. It is the palmtop that announces it is ready, not the other way round.
