Speed Reader
Version 1.0 · Michael Herron
Description
Research by John Hopkins University indicates that people are able to read at six to eight times their normal speed when the words are presented to them one at a time, always in the same location. This software was developed for people in need of a method to read information at high speeds. Speed Reader can read any text file in the standard ASCII format. It displays one word at a time, each for a fraction of a second in the same place. Shareware

Send to my palmtop
The palmtop must be waiting before you press the button, or the transfer will fail. It is the palmtop that announces it is ready, not the other way round.
Your browser cannot talk to the serial port. Direct sending uses the Web Serial API, which only exists in Chrome, Edge and Opera on desktop — not in Firefox, Safari or any mobile browser.
Download the file with the button above and copy it to the palmtop your usual way.
