Slick50
SLICK 50 (& Others) Here is a compilation of articles on the Slick 50 articles I collected. Slick 50, and other products such as T-Plus, contain an oil additive that is based on PTFE, more commonly known as Teflon. It is supposed to reduce engine wear at start up. The first article is one I indirectly obtained from rec.boats and rec.motorcycles (or something) which seems to be a transcript from a magazine article from Road Rider on oil additives. This is then followed by usenet testimonials, starting with an article I transcribed from the LA times mixed with my own opinions.
