Základní program je DOCRTF od Thomase Lienharda. Program p²evádí spolehliv╪, ale jsou tu obvyklé potíºe s kódování a tak jsem napsal pomocn∞ program RTF_CON, kter∞ tyto potíºe ²eτí. P²evod jednoduτe formátovan∞ch textà mezi Wordem a MEMO je bez problémà. Program LXRTF je docela τikovn∞ nápad, jak pomocí jednoduchého znaƒkovacího jazyka vytvá²et RTF soubory na HPLX.

Steps
  1. Copy doc2rtf.bat, DOCRTF.EXE, RTF_CON.EXE, rtf2doc.bat to A:\SOFT. They are DOS programs: run them from the DOS icon, or add A:\SOFT to the PATH in C:\AUTOEXEC.BAT to call them by name.
  2. Copy WIN2GDB.DAT to A:\_DAT, where the 200LX looks for configuration. Open it with Memo and adjust it before use.
  3. If you edit a configuration file on the palmtop, make sure you leave a newline at the end: some programs swallow the last line without saying a word.
  4. Data files are opened from their own application, not installed separately.

Derived from the package contents and the 200LX conventions. It installs to A: on purpose: C: is a RAM disk and every byte there is memory taken from the system.
