No need to put 123CLIP.DOC, SOURCE.ZIP: they are manuals, source code or supporting material. Read them here and save 12.5 KB on a 1 MB disk.

1. Copy 123CUT.EXM, 123COPY.EXM, 123PASTE.EXM to A:\SOFT. It is a System Manager application: register it in App Manager with F2 (Add), giving the full path (for example A:\SOFT\123CUT.EXM).
2. The 200LX takes 8 EXM applications at most. Check with F8 (List) in App Manager: an asterisk in the Status column means the quota is full and you will need MoreEXM.

Derived from the package contents and the 200LX conventions. It installs to A: on purpose: C: is a RAM disk and every byte there is memory taken from the system.

[3] Installation

  123CLIP is a set of three EXM programs (123CUT.EXM, 123COPY
  .EXM and 123PASTE.EXM).  You should copy all these three
  files to your preferred directory and install them to MoreEXM
  with the 'clear-screen suppression' option (the third
  parameter is 1), as follows.

  Let us assume that A:\BIN\ is the directory you copied the
  three files to and that their start keys are [Fn]+[X],
  [Fn]+[C] and [Fn]+[V].  Then you should add these three lines
  to your MOREEXM.INI.

      a:\bin\123cut.exm,2DF8,1,123cut
      a:\bin\123copy.exm,2E87,1,123copy
      a:\bin\123paste.exm,2FF5,1,123paste

      Note:  Under CAPS LOCK condition, the keycode for [Fn]+
             [C] becomes 2E80.  If you often use CAPS LOCK, you
             better also add the following fourth line to your
             MOREEXM.INI:
                 a:\bin\123copy.exm,2E80,1,123copy

  Reboot the system to make these lines to take effect. You can
  now cut/copy/paste the data in the CSV format using [Fn]+[X]/
  [C]/[V] key.

      Note for JKIT users:
        JKIT users can assign these functions to [CUT], [COPY]
        and [PASTE] keys, by using EXkey.  EXKEY.INI should
        contain the following macros:
            <1-2-3>
            {Cut}={Fn+x}
            {Copy}={Fn+c}
            {Paste}={Fn+v}
        Under this assignment, [SHIFT]+[COPY] and [SHIFT]+[PASTE]
        still works as the original copy/paste function of the
        1-2-3.
