CARPET is an example program which uses an undocumented feature of INT5F on the 200LX. The 100LX has nothing similar. Washington DC maps for use with LxMap This archive, dc.zip, contains the following files: dc.pcx - the map image for a wider area of DC dc.idx - the index file for use with dc.pcx mall.pcx - the map image for the inner areas of DC mall.idx - the index file for use with mall.pcx readme.txt - this file The map images are fairly similar, but both have advantages and disadvantages over each other. The dc.pcx map covers a slightly wider area (eg it covers out to Arlington in the south west), but I personally feel that the mall.pcx map may be better for general sightseeing around DC.

DRAW-LX
DRAW-LX.EXE is a small program to draw PCX pictures on the HP 200LX's CGA display. It can draw points, lines or arrows, boxes or rectangles, curves, and alphanumeric text. See the help screens for usage in each mode. The code is not overly dependent on the 200LX and the program should run on any PC/XT compatible computer with a CGA display.

Graphics Workshop
The HP Palmtop Paper If you work with graphics on a DOS computer you need Graphics Workshop for DOS. It will convert almost any graphic format to another format and even create standalone .EXE files to display a graphic image. This is the last known version to work on the Palmtop. Unlike later versions which need a '286 processor, this version supports GIF and TIFF files. On the Palmtop you only need GWS.EXE, GSW.RES and GWSHLP.RES. Shareware.
