Estos son los ficheros que necesitas. Puedes enviarlos desde el contenido del paquete.

• WTRAVEL.DAT → A:\_DAT configuración 118 B
• WTRAVEL.EXE → A:\SOFT programa de DOS 47.6 KB
• WTRAVEL.ICN → A:\SOFT icono, junto a su aplicación 200 B

No hace falta llevar al palmtop ALJULI.C, ALJULI.H, ASIA.MAP, ASIA.PCX, AUST.MAP, AUST.PCX, CANADA.MAP, CANADA.PCX y 24 más: son manuales, código fuente o material de apoyo. Léelos aquí y ahórrate 184.6 KB en un disco de 1 MB.

1. Copia WTRAVEL.EXE a A:\SOFT. Son programas de DOS: se ejecutan desde el icono DOS, o añadiendo A:\SOFT al PATH de C:\AUTOEXEC.BAT para poder llamarlos por su nombre.
2. Copia WTRAVEL.DAT a A:\_DAT, que es donde el 200LX busca la configuración. Ábrelo con Memo y ajústalo antes de usarlo.
3. Si editas un fichero de configuración en el palmtop, asegúrate de dejar un salto de línea al final: hay programas que se comen la última línea sin avisar.
4. Los .ICN son iconos: van en la misma carpeta que su aplicación.

Deducido del contenido del paquete y de las convenciones del 200LX. Se instala en A: a propósito: C: es un disco RAM y cada byte ahí resta memoria al sistema.

Installation

Unzip the archive using pkunzip.  You can put the files in any
directory and on any disk, but the .exe, .pcx, .map, and .icn
files must all reside in the same directory.

To install World Travel in the Application Manager, go to the
Application Manager and press F2 (Add).  Fill in the fields as
follows:

Name: World Tra&vel                (I use 'v' for the hotkey)
Path: c:\wtravel\wtravel.exe|160   (use your disk:\path)
Comments: Fn-?                     (press Function-? to get the
                                    upside-down question mark)

If you TAB to the Icon window the World Travel icon should
appear. Press F10 (OK).


User Guide

Start World Travel by either launching it from the Application
Manager or from the DOS command line.  Upon startup, the
program will display the message "One moment please..." while
the custom cities are loaded from wtravel.dat and the palmtop's
built-in database of 478 cities (d:\_sys\world.dat) are read
and decompressed.  This is followed shortly by the count of
custom and standard cities and then the initial map is
displayed.

Note: World Travel uses the same convention for coordinates as
the  built in World Time application.  North latitude and west
longitude are positive.  South latitude and east longitude are
negative.  The convention for most maps is east longitude is
positive and west longitude is negative, so beware.

World Travel plots courses and computes distances using what
are known as Great Circle routes.  A Great Circle route is the
shortest distance between two points on the surface of a sphere
(technically, a Great  Circle is the circle that results from
the intersection of a sphere and a plane which passes through
